Rent our beautiful winter-insulated vacation home on a large plot (1500 sqm) near Beddingestrand (10 min) and Trelleborg (15 min). The house is newly built and there is a garage and bike storage available. Heating with air heat pump and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The house is rented furnished. There are 2 floors with a large balcony on the second floor overlooking Beddingestrand. Note that there is a steep staircase. Parking for 3-4 cars is available adjacent to the house. The upper floor has 2 double beds (140 and 160 cm). Fully tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The rent includes electricity, water, broadband and garbage collection. We are in the process of selling the house, and if it becomes relevant for showing, we need access to the house. We will notify a few days in advance in that case.
