A "student apartment" in a basement of about 28 sqm in a villa with its own entrance (completely isolated from the rest of the house). The apartment consists of a large room with a separated sleeping area. Our daughter and a student have lived there on and off since 2020. Everything was new then and is still in good condition. Furnished with e.g. bed, sofa bed, vacuum cleaner, wardrobes as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with toilet, shower, etc. Washing machine is available.
