The apartment is rented out furnished and has a smart layout with, among other things, a loft bed with a desk underneath, balcony, dishwasher, and washing machine. It is located at Röda Grind / Getingen, right next to Skogskyrkogården. You can reach the center or the university in about 20 minutes on foot, or 5 minutes by bus - the stop is right outside the entrance. Move-in no later than September 1, but the current tenant has informed that she will move out significantly earlier, so earlier move-in is possible if desired. I am primarily looking for someone who is interested in a somewhat longer contract. About 6 months or longer.
