I am renting out our cozy ground floor apartment because my daughter is going to try living with her boyfriend. The apartment has a glazed balcony with an adjoining patio – a wonderful place to enjoy all year round. The kitchen is equipped with partially new appliances and the building has recently undergone pipe replacement, which means the bathroom is newly renovated and fresh. There is also a spacious walk-in closet that offers plenty of storage space. The kitchen has a spacious dining area next to the window and can accommodate a dining table for 4-6 people. TV (basic package via Ownit) and broadband are included in the rent. The apartment is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, lamps, dressers, beds, kitchen table, and kitchen chairs. Crockery and kitchen utensils are included. Near the apartment, you will find schools, grocery stores, and a large range of shops in Haninge Center. Those who enjoy nature will appreciate the Rudan outdoor area & nature reserve with swimming and fishing opportunities as well as beautiful walking and running trails. Good transport connections with both buses and commuter trains that take you directly to Stockholm City. The apartment is completely smoke-free, which also applies to the glazed balcony. Electricity costs are paid in arrears so you avoid overpaying, just the actual cost. We want to be open about the fact that the property will be sold during the rental period. This means that we will need access to the property for viewings if necessary. Of course, this is always planned in good time and in close dialogue with you as the tenant. We strive to adapt the times so that they affect your everyday life as little as possible, and we always show the utmost respect for your home and privacy. We are looking for a tenant who appreciates open and smooth communication so that the process becomes simple and positive for all parties. The rental is conditional on the potential tenant being approved by the housing association. Approval is required before the rental agreement can begin to apply. The housing association approves 1 year at a time, new application must be made well in advance before approval expires if you want to rent longer.
