Cottage with simple standard Hello, I am looking for a nice and reliable tenant for my cottage in Opphem near Rimforsa. The cottage is located in fantastic nature and beautiful terrain. About three kilometers from the cottage is the urban area of Rimforsa where you can find public transport connections with both train and bus. By car, the journey to Linköping takes about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, there is no running water, toilet, or shower. However, there is a new kitchen (2024), fiber (2023), electricity (2023), and a heat pump (2023). In the kitchen, there is a pantry pump for cold water and water cans. The area is about 40 sqm of living space and 40 sqm of secondary space with a so-called "kattvind" (attic storage). The cottage is available from August 2026. The rental period may possibly be limited in time, although I prioritize a "permanent solution." The rent is 4000 SEK/month (cold rent).
