The apartment is on the first floor and has its own entrance. The area is about 31 sqm. The rent is 4,200 SEK per month, valid until March 2027, and we follow Höganäshem's changes in rent. Heating and water are included in the rent, the apartment has its own electricity subscription. From the hallway through the door to the left, you come to the toilet with a washbasin, the next door to the left is the shower. Straight ahead, you enter the room. The room is about 4.7 x 3.6 meters and has two wardrobes. From the room, you enter the kitchen, which for its size is well-equipped with cabinets, drawers; further, there is a cleaning cabinet, fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and fan. There is no real space for a dining table in the kitchen. The apartment is smoke-free. The apartment is intended as a residence for one person or as a holiday home for a couple. We are restrictive when it comes to pets. Mobile phone reception conditions are good. Fiber is available to the property but is currently not connected to this apartment. There is a communal laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the house. The apartment includes a smaller, simpler storage room for, e.g., a bicycle.
