Room of 10 sqm for rent. Share in a 4-room apartment in Bredäng. 5 min. walk from Bredäng's center. Small room but with good storage. I rent out two bedrooms and live alone in the third. So we will be three women (no guys or couples). Immediate access if desired. However, at the latest by August 1st. Indefinitely with 2 months mutual notice. *NOTE: Therefore (since it's a 2-month notice) ~ ~ 2-month deposit and the 1st rent upon moving in. The deposit will of course be returned upon moving out, and we will write a contract. 4500kr in rent (and deposit). The rent and other expenses (electricity, water, wifi) are just over 16,000kr. Furniture, bed linen, wifi, electricity, heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, laundry room included. Clean and fresh and nice communal areas. Only putting out pictures of the rooms I'm renting out, the rest can be checked during a visit. I am a middle-aged, calm, working woman. The kids have moved out. Not looking for friends or hangouts, just responsible roommates to share the rent with. As I wrote above, I also live in the apartment and have the primary lease. Pets okay (if they are small).
