Welcome to a bright and well-planned two-room apartment of 52 sqm, located on the 3rd floor of 5 with an elevator. The latest access is on October 16, with the possibility of earlier move-in by agreement. The large balcony has a nice and varied light thanks to its location with exposure to the east, north, and some west and south. This provides a pleasant outdoor environment at different times of the day, with ample space for, for example, lounge furniture, dining group, and plants. The balcony becomes a natural extension of the home during the warmer months of the year. The spacious bedroom has space for a double bed and offers good storage options. The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer. TV, broadband as well as hot and cold water are included in the rent. The apartment is located in Annedal/Mariehäll with a large range of services in the vicinity, including grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and gyms. Bromma Blocks, with a wide range of shops and other services, is also a short distance away. For those with a car, the parking fee is 60 SEK/day. The communications are very good, with several bus lines through Mariehäll and connections to, among others, Sundbyberg, Alvik, Blackeberg, Vällingby, and Spånga. The Tvärbanan stop Karlsbodavägen is also within comfortable walking distance. From Sundbyberg's center, there are further connections with commuter trains, subways, Tvärbanan, and several bus lines. I am renting out the apartment because I am going to try cohabitation. My ambition is, therefore, a long-term rental – initially at least 1-2 years and preferably longer if it works well for both parties. The rental is done with the housing association's approval.
