The apartment consists of 3 rooms. The rental room faces the courtyard. The room is approximately 14 square meters. It is furnished with an armchair, an IKEA sofa bed, 2 clothes racks, a large and wide tall cabinet, a desk, a mirror, and 1 dresser. You have your own small cabinet in the kitchen, 1 shelf in the refrigerator, and a drawer in the freezer. In the bathroom, you have your own smaller cabinet. The bathroom is from the 80s. (There has previously been a dog in the apartment, if you are very allergic.) I will put in pictures next week when my current tenant has moved out.
