Welcome to Villa Calcar! The apartment is located on the Vitsand peninsula with proximity to sea and forest and a fifteen-minute drive to Södertälje, and 30 min to Stockholm. Right next to the Salems and Högantorpsvägen golf courses. The residence is a studio apartment to the main house and has been carefully renovated. It includes shared laundry, its own parking space, and a patio; if interested in open field cultivation, this can of course be arranged. If more furniture is desired, we have the possibility to arrange it (e.g., sofa). Water and parking space are included in the rent. Electricity costs are additional, either fixed price or according to the individual electricity meter in the residence. It is just under 200 meters to Lake Mälaren for those who want to swim.
