Hektoa, Prestfoss

This house is actually two houses built together. In other words, two apartments in the same house. The other apartment is already rented to a young family. There is a shared outdoor area, but the terrace is for you alone. It is also possible to rent the garage in the same house. The house is located in incredibly beautiful surroundings with immediate access to nature and access to several major cities within an hour's drive. A car is a necessity in this area. There are three bedrooms, good storage space in the basement and in the outdoor storage room. The outdoor area is bright, and there is a large lawn with several berry bushes and good opportunities for cultivation or creating beautiful flower beds. There is currently no oven, refrigerator, or microwave installed, but these can be included in the rent if desired. A new shower and sink have just been installed in the basement. A toilet and a new sink have also been installed in the old bathroom, which is still intact. There is also a sink and toilet by the bedrooms on the second floor. This house was purchased to be used as a holiday home and rental property, but since the situation has become more economically challenging, we choose to rent it out for a longer period.
