House on Lehtikangas We rent a cozy detached house for both short and long-term use (approximately 1-12 months), max. 5 people. The house is located about two kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the Lehtikangas detached house area. The house has two floors. Downstairs there is a kitchen (stove, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, microwave), living room (40-inch TV), small toilet, and a bedroom with a high-quality motorized single bed. The downstairs bedroom also has a "secret" entrance to the bathing area, which has a sauna that can be heated with both wood and electricity. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: The smallest room has a high-quality single bed. The fireplace room has a pull-out sofa bed with basic mattresses. The third bedroom also has a pull-out daybed with a comfortable spring mattress. If there's a need to expand the daybed, an additional basic spare mattress is available. The house also includes a collapsible baby travel bed. The upstairs bedrooms also have a wood-burning fireplace, a desk, a TV, and stereo. As a guest, you can use all areas of the house. The house is old and does not have luxury. However, we find the house to be personal and cozy. The downstairs heating is mainly done with an air source heat pump. Upstairs, each room has adjustable electric radiators. In the sauna area, in addition to two stoves, there are also electric radiators and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The house is kept at a basic temperature; if you adjust the radiators to your liking, please return the settings to the basic position at the end of your stay. The house has basic tableware and cooking utensils. The rent includes electricity, water, internet, bed linen, and bath towels if needed. It is not possible to charge an electric car at the property. The use of the outdoor storage is not included in the rent. Cleaning and linen change are available at an additional cost.
