Welcome to Kallebäck! About our apartment- Our light and spacious south facing apartment is minimalist and fresh. We pride ourselves on keeping our apartment clean and organised. There is no clutter and the furniture and decorations have neutral earth tones throughout. We have a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom with all the modern appliances you may need. The central heating will keep you cosy and comfortable during the winter months. Our apartment is 83m2, but we have chosen to not include our second bedroom in this rental and this room will remain closed. There are 3 laundry rooms in the basement with limitless booking times. The laundry room includes 2 washing machines, an extra large drier as well as a separate drying room. You will have a very comfortable and happy stay here. Reason for renting- We will be flying south for the winter! Spending November/December/January in South Africa. Location- Coop grocery store is a 1 minute walk and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk. Bus number 18 will get you to Korsvagen in 10 minutes and to Brunnsparken in 19 minutes. Delsjön, one of Gothenburg's most beautiful lakes and nature reserves, is a 20 minute walk. In the winter time the lake often freezes over and the trees could become covered in snow. Look out for the deer!
