The apartment is located right in the square of Drøbak in a newly renovated building from the 1800s. Here you are surrounded by charming older heritage buildings, charming niche shops, and cafes just around the corner. The apartment is about 60 square meters, where we have preserved some of the old style such as herringbone parquet, stucco, and other details combined with a modern kitchen, bathroom, and plaster walls. The apartment appears inviting and is fully furnished. Everything is fresh. You can just move right in. Suitable for 1-3 people. Here you can sit on the sofa and look out through three triple-glazed windows at the square where you have a panoramic view. The fountain, market stalls, tourists, performances, concerts, and not least the Christmas tree that stands in the middle of the square and the magical atmosphere that literally comes right into the living room in December. Here you can get up in the morning and go around the corner to find a café with delicious coffee and freshly baked bread and pastries. Take a walk in the Boat Harbor and Bath Park, which are 2 minutes away before work. I personally love working from home with a Mac on the kitchen island where I can occasionally look out at life. If you go to school or depend on the bus, it goes right outside the entrance door. Taxi 1-2 minutes away. For dinner, you can possibly run downstairs to order sushi or Thai food at Bangkok to Tokyo or pizza at Peppes or Handelshuset nearby. Otherwise, there are wonderful restaurants around Drøbak, all within immediate proximity. If you need treatment for sore muscles or skincare, Helserommet is a few steps away in the same floor where a cosmetic dermatological nurse and skin, body therapist and masseur run the clinic. You can glimpse the sea from the living room and watch the boats passing by. If you love old Drøbak and the atmosphere Drøbak offers, then this is a dream apartment. You enter the building with a code lock. Then there is a stairway up to the 2nd floor where there is a door to the apartment. Here you enter an open hallway living room and kitchen solution where the kitchen island is the natural room divider. A large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller one with a single bed, a delicate bathroom with shower, and a combined washer and dryer. The building has a large shared backyard.
