Electricity and water based on usage (water advance 20 € / person – reconciliation every 3-6 months). Rent deposit 1-2 months (negotiable). The lease is valid until further notice, termination no earlier than after 12 months of living, or a breach fee of 1 month's rent (also negotiable). If the tenant has an undisturbed credit history, it is possible to negotiate making the lease through the Qasa service, in which case no deposit needs to be paid.
