The kitchen is spacious with white interior, plenty of storage and space for a dining table. The living room has nice windows and its own balcony with a view over the courtyard – a large and easy-to-furnish room with space for both a sofa group and a dining area. The bedroom is spacious and easily accommodates a double bed, with plenty of storage in wardrobes with mirrored sliding doors. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bathtub. In the association, we have a large courtyard with a playground, grill and outdoor furniture, bicycle parking, sauna and a hobby room that are free to use. There is also a leisure room and a party tent that can be rented if needed. Bicycle storage, pram storage and laundry rooms are in the basement. The Dammfri bus stop is about 100 meters from the apartment, and it’s only a fifteen-minute walk to Triangeln. From here, you’re also close to Pildammsparken, grocery stores and a wide range of services. Heating, water and cable TV are included in the rent. I work as a traveling installer and am abroad most of the time, so the apartment would otherwise be empty. I plan to move home and start studying next year, but until then I’m happy to rent it out to someone who wants to enjoy living here as much as I have done!
