I am renting out my nice and fully furnished apartment with a very good location. The apartment is centrally located with direct proximity to the center with shops, vibrant squares, and a library. I have a small furnished and cozy balcony overlooking the Rönne River and the bridge to Ängelholm Hospital and Vattnets Hus. A 5-10 minute bike/walk and you're at the station and soon down in Kronoskogen, which leads with paths down to the sea/beach. You live on the second floor without an elevator and have access to the laundry room in the basement. Free access to wifi and a wide range of streaming channels. Note! No smoking inside or on the balcony. No pets. As I live in my cottage in Ängelholm, I will collect my mail and use the laundry room. Looking for a responsible tenant. References are meritorious.
