Well-planned 2-room apartment, at the top of the building, atop a hill, in a beautiful and natural-rich part of Gubbängen. Quiet and pleasant area and close to the subway. Your room is right next to the shower/bathroom & toilet. The layout is conveniently designed so that we can both easily reach the kitchen, hall, and toilet without passage through each other's rooms. You have plenty of storage space with several wardrobes and ample room for a double bed. Cozy furnished but with flexibility for you if you have your own preferences. The bathroom is newly renovated with underfloor heating and a newly installed washing machine, in addition, there is a nice laundry room available. You even have your own basement storage with a personal lock. :) Initially, I am primarily looking for someone who only needs to stay for 1-2 months, as I would like to feel and see how it feels with a lodger.
