Here you live in your own apartment and just like in an ordinary home, with the freedom to manage your everyday life on your own terms. You continue with your usual routines from washing dishes, cleaning, and doing laundry to inviting friends over. If you already have home services or other services, you can of course bring them along when you move to the assisted living facility. The rent is 8,133 SEK/month. The rent includes heating and water. Guldkanten is designed with community in focus. The generous common areas create natural meeting places where you can socialize with neighbors and participate in various activities. There is an activity host at the facility who arranges a varied program including communal cooking, excursions, walks, and other social activities – all on a voluntary basis. The lush garden offers several pleasant places for relaxation and socializing. There is a barbecue area, a boules court, seating groups, and a charming gazebo for enjoying a cup of coffee in good company.
