Hello! I am renting out my lovely apartment in the cozy and quiet Fålhagen for one year, with the possibility of extension, as I have gotten a job in Gothenburg. The apartment is perfect for you who are looking for a pleasant home in Uppsala. It is on the second floor and has no overlooking, but instead a nice view of the colorful neighboring houses. There is no elevator. The apartment has a newly renovated bathroom and is equipped with both a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also access to a shared laundry room and a bicycle storage. The central station is about a 7–10 minute walk away, which makes the apartment convenient even for those who commute to, for example, Stockholm. The apartment is rented out furnished and all furniture seen in the pictures is included. The rent includes electricity, heating, internet, and TV. Moving in is intended for the end of August, but a slightly earlier date can be discussed. The rental applies for one year and needs to be approved by the condominium association. I am looking for a calm and orderly person who will take good care of the apartment. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
