As our current tenant is moving out, we are looking for someone new who feels safe to share the apartment with. We wish to rent to a woman. We rent out a bedroom (Bedroom 1 on the floor plan) in our 115 sqm five-room apartment. The room is furnished with a large bed and wardrobe, bookshelf, table, and chair. The bed is not made in the pictures, but there are, of course, blankets and pillows and everything. The furnishings can be adjusted if needed. Internet is available both wired and wireless. There are no additional costs for you as the renter. You will also have access to all the common rooms, of course, such as two toilets, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and dryer, kitchen, living room. I and my ex-wife live here alternately every other week with our children who are 6, 11, and 13 years old. Among other things, we like to play computer/TV and board games and bake cookies. 😀 The apartment is very close to Frölunda Torg with bus and tram stops. No parking space is included. Renting out to save money (For perspective, the rent for the whole apartment is 15100 SEK). Vegans are given priority 🌱
