Apartment in Kungälv for rent (22 Sep 2026 – 28 Apr 2027) I am renting out my condominium in Kungälv from 22 September 2026 to 28 April 2027 as I will be abroad. The apartment is centrally located with only a 5-minute walk to both the travel center and the shopping center. It is a quiet and pleasant residence where you won't be disturbed by neighbors. The apartment is rented out furnished, but I will put away my personal belongings and store them in a closet in the apartment. About the association and facilities: As a resident, you have access to the association's facilities, such as a gym, sauna/spa, billiard room, and ping pong room. These can be easily booked via lists available at each unit. There are also two laundry rooms in the association that you can use, even though there is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment itself. Requirements for you as a tenant: You are a responsible person. You can provide a deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent. You have permanent employment. If you are a student, a guarantor is required. You must be able to be approved by the condominium association, which means that they may request personal information for a background and credit check. Note: I will keep my registered address at the apartment during the rental period. Process: It is not "first come, first served".
