I will stay abroad for a few months and therefore want to rent out my apartment for 4 months. The rental period will be from September 1st to December 31st. The apartment is well suited for students or commuters who want a central apartment for a limited period. This is a 1-bedroom apartment of 29 square meters. It is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway, as well as a private balcony. The kitchen is separated from the living room. The apartment is rented out fully furnished with a bed, sofa, TV, wardrobe/storage, and complete kitchen equipment. The kitchen has a washing machine and a microwave with an oven function. We have had trouble getting this oven function to work properly, so we have used an air fryer instead (which is included in the rent). Included in the rent are hot water, heating, and internet. The building is video surveilled and has an associated security service. The apartment is centrally located at Solli plass, with a short walking distance to most things. Buses and trams run in the immediate vicinity, and it is a short distance to the train and metro at Nationaltheatret station, as well as a short walk to Vika, Aker Brygge, and Tjuvholmen. Despite being so central, we have experienced it being very calm and relatively quiet concerning street noise. The building has a shared roof terrace, shared laundry room, and a gaming room in the basement that can be booked for free for social gatherings. Rema 1000 is located in the building's basement with direct access via elevator or stairwell. Kiwi is also a 1-minute walk from the building. Restaurants and pharmacies can also be found as soon as you step out the door, and there is also a fitness center (SATS) right nearby. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
