We are renting out our fully furnished house in central Svedala while we are abroad, from September 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027. The house is located near Svedala station, with good train connections to Malmö, Lund, and Copenhagen. We are only renting out to a couple or a family looking for a spacious and comfortable home in a quiet area. Rental conditions: For those renting the house for the entire six-month period, the rent is 20,000 SEK per month. The house is rented out fully furnished. Smoking and parties are not allowed. We are looking for responsible and reliable tenants who will take good care of the home and, if the dog stays, also care for him. Home insurance, references, and a stable financial situation are required.
