I am renting out a bedroom in a pleasant two-room shared apartment to a calm and tidy woman between the ages of 20 and 35 who is in a stable job or studying. The room is just over 13 sqm and consists of a double bed (140cm), bedside table, and plenty of closet space. There's room for a desk and shelf if desired. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There is also a small backyard with the possibility to park a bicycle. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. The apartment is centrally located, but in a quiet dead-end street with little traffic. It's a 3–5 minute walk to the bus and tram, and about 13 minutes to the subway. Kiwi, Rema 1000, Fresh Fitness, SATS, and EVO are only a few minutes away. Additionally, you'll find a large selection of shops, cafes, and restaurants in the vicinity. A bit about me: I am a 30-year-old woman who is calm, tidy, and considerate. I wish to live with a person who also appreciates a clean and pleasant home.
