The room is the one with the childrens bed on the pictures, but the bed is now a 120cm adult bed. A desk, chair, some shelves, a dresser are in the room. Access to a bigger closet outside the room. Conveniently located right at Odenplan where both commuter train, subway and six different city bus lines are right outside the door. A small balcony, a fireplace, laundry room, bike storage on the inner yard. The rent includes electricity, gas, cleaning of the common areas and wireless broadband access. Looking for a tenant from July and onwards, preferrably at least to December 2026, possibility for longer as well. Inhabited by me and my 12yr daughter daughter (every other week). Great place if you are weekly commuting for work. Non smoker, no cats because of allergy.
