About the residence Bright and functional 2-bedroom apartment of 63 sqm in a corner location, fully furnished and ready to move in immediately. The layout consists of two bedrooms, separate kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The corner location provides nice light, and the enclosed balcony has sun from 12-20, perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing evening even when it's cooler outside. The building has storage, bicycle storage, and laundry facilities on the ground floor. The area is central but quiet, and it's only a 6-minute walk to Smedjegatan where all local buses go. What is included in the rent The rent includes monthly fee, electricity, broadband, dishwasher, microwave, and full furnishing (sofa, bed, dining table, kitchen equipment, etc.) – you only need to bring clothes and personal items. Why I am renting out I have got a new job in Stockholm and am moving there on August 22, which means the apartment will be empty. The apartment will eventually be sold, which is why the rental is a short-term contract. Viewings of the apartment for a sale may be relevant during the rental period, and we will agree on terms for this already at the contract signing so that it feels secure for you. Good to know before you apply The rental is currently awaiting approval from the board of the tenant association, which I expect will be completed soon. The association also needs to approve who becomes the tenant, so the actual move-in is conditional upon that approval – I will get back to you as soon as I have a decision.
