A cozy four-room apartment of 100 sqm between Hökarängen and Farsta. You can reach Farsta center in 10 minutes where you will find both the subway, restaurants, and lots of shops. I, Hanna, live in the apartment. Every other week, my two sweet children (13 and 16 years) also live here. When the children are not with me, I am often with my partner, so you get the apartment to yourself. The rent includes the apartment's largest room, with wardrobe, 160-bed, chest of drawers, TV, and bookshelf. (Furnishing can be adjusted upon request. Desk/table is available if desired) You also get your own toilet. Shower and washing machine are in the large bathroom which can be used whenever you want. There's also a laundry room to book. The kitchen has most things you might need and can of course be used whenever you want. We also have a large balcony of about 20 sqm. Electricity and broadband are included in the rent. One month's rent as a deposit upon signing the contract, which is refunded upon moving out. We have previously had boarders and it has worked great.
