1940s stärnhusen with original 1940s kitchen and water view from the bedroom. Balcony gets the sun from 10am in the summer. Wonderful neighbourhood just 3 min walk from water in one direction and the hightstreet with coop, library and bakery in the other. Small office room furnished with desk and office chair. Most rooms decorated within last 5 years (not kitchen or bathroom). Big plants also included. Included in the rent is wifi and heating but energy bills are on top. I am moving out this apartment that i love 🥲 because I will go back to live in the UK for some indefinite time. Sorry but i can’t accommodate any pets, but if you are a plant lover that is a bonus :)
