City-near house in a forest glade suitable for 3-4 friends or family, available for rent from August 15 for 1 year with the possibility of extension. We rent out a 145 sqm residential house close to Olofstorp and Lerum. The house is fully equipped with three bedrooms, plenty of storage, large spacious social areas, and two bathrooms. For coziness, there are sturdy soapstone stoves and a sauna, and a south-facing deck. Space for 2-3 cars, or bikes if preferred. The house is perfect for a family with two children who want to try living in this popular area, or some friends/students who want to try sharing a household. It is convenient to commute into Gothenburg by bus or car, about 30 min to central Gothenburg. The area is quiet, and at the same time, some new things are being built. The nearest bathing lake is a 20-minute walk, and the house is surrounded by tall trees. Partly furnished is being rented out. The house has been on sale, but we have chosen to postpone the sale for various reasons. Rent is 15,000 including electricity, water, heating, and broadband.
