I want to rent out my fully furnished villa as I plan to go to Thailand with the kids over the autumn term, from mid-August until before Christmas. Dates can be flexible for renting if you need it. Looking to rent to a responsible, calm, and non-smoking person. Included are two very calm and friendly outdoor cats that live in the house. Large villa and garden in the countryside about 30 minutes from Malmö and 15 minutes to Trelleborg. Quiet and beautiful. Quite newly renovated, fireplace in the living room, wood available, outdoor spa, fiber available if you sign up yourself. Bus stop nearby. Rent includes everything (electricity, heating, water, garbage) except the internet. If there are specific requests, I am pragmatic and will do my best to arrange. A neighbor will be available for help with things that may arise in a house and can also arrange skilled cleaning help. Wheelchair accessible on the ground floor only. No garage but a large gravel area at the front of the house for parking. Feel free to come and have a look or I can send more pictures if interested.
