ROOM IN SHARED APARTMENT I am looking for a flatmante, available from October/November 1st. The room is right next to Odenplan, very convinietly located, close to just about everything. Walking distance to Stockholm University, KTH, Stockholm School of Economics and Karolinska University Hospital. It's one private bedroom (size is ~14 sqm / 145 sft) in a 80 sqm (800 sqft) 2-bedroom apartment. We share, kitchen, bathroom and a large living room. The room funishings can be adjusted to your liking. Rent is 7200 SEK/month and includes all bills (you need your own home insurance though). Since the apartment is shared 50/50 the most important thing for me is to find a flatmate I get along well with, someone nice and sociable. So who am I? A guy from Stockholm who lived abroad for many years. Currently a maths student at Stockholm Uni with a litle bit more than one semeser left, also working part time. My hobbies include: running, road cycling, motorcyles, music and board games. Who are you? A sociable person that is good at communicating, preferably someone who enjoys a chat, cooking/dining together at times, or someone who maybe shares a hobby/interest. Also someone who cares enough to read this far into the ad... and is a non-smoker =) If you are interested, I'd prefer that you are able to come for a viewing before moving in.
