Cozy 3-room apartment with a balcony, on the 3rd floor of 4 without an elevator. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a washing machine, a kitchen, and a living room. The apartment is located in Valla, a 15-minute walk to the University. One room is rented out in the apartment, but the tenant will be free to use the entire apartment except for one bedroom. 2 minutes walking distance to a grocery store, bus stops, and a larger parking lot with the option to rent monthly. Included in the rent are also a shared laundry room with time booking and a bicycle storage, Wi-Fi, and electricity. In the room, there is a 90 cm bed, a dresser, and an armchair, but it can also be rented unfurnished. I work nights in Linköping but mostly live in Norrköping with my partner, so you who rent the room will have the apartment to yourself most of the time. I would prefer that you who rent the room are easygoing and orderly, with respect for the neighbors, and do not have parties in the apartment, non-smoker and no pets as I will have my 2 dogs with me on the days I am home. I am easygoing and flexible, and I wish for a like-minded lodger! I rent out the room because I am seldom home and have more room than needed :)
