I want to rent out my apartment because I have gotten a new job. There is a possibility to extend the rental period if everything works well. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment according to the housing company's rules. The apartment is fully furnished and all furniture as well as kitchen equipment are new. I just managed to furnish and equip the apartment before I got my new job. I want to rent out the apartment to a woman, not to a man. Electricity is included in the rent.
