A beautiful Skåne farmhouse 200 meters from the sea with sea views. Two patios, one at the front with sea view and one at the back with a roof and heater. Garden with apple trees, grapes, figs, apricots, gooseberries, eucalyptus, pear trees. Inside, everything is preserved in its old style. There is a fireplace for cozy fires that also heats and there is an air heat pump. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a kitchen and living room, as well as a bathroom with shower/wc and a separate wc. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a balcony and a large living room with sea views and two extra beds. Entrance downstairs at both the front and back, as well as a balcony door leading to the terrace on the side. You can park on the street in front of the house. The street in front is a small street with only three houses. An apple orchard in front of the house is included. The house is located about 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the center (walking). The bus stops near the house. Old Simrislund is an old fishing village just outside Simrishamn. There are both beaches and cliffs and a small bathing "dock" with a ladder. Neighboring a cow pasture. You cycle on a wonderful bike path along the sea both to Brantevik- Skillinge or in the other direction Baskemölla- Vik and golf course. There are storage, laundry room, greenhouse.
