Welcome to a large lovely villa for the big family or for the small family who wishes for plenty of space and peace and quiet. Here you live 5 minutes walk from boat and swimming spots and Mälaren and 10 minutes by car to cozy Torshälla where you will find schools, preschools, grocery stores, pharmacies and a lot of beautiful paths and history. Torshälla is such a nice place to live near and Mälby is a quiet location where you live among families with children and permanent residents and those with summer houses. A few minutes from the house you will find a bus stop where the children can take the bus to school or into Torshälla or if you want to change to Eskilstuna. The house has several bedrooms and an open plan for you to socialize in the kitchen and living room. There are two bathrooms and a separate toilet upstairs. On the upper floor, there are two large bedrooms/playrooms and a large lovely area for socializing. The house has a large garden that is private without insight and has a pool in the summer. Here are planting boxes, strawberry plants, berry bushes, and apple trees. There are swings and a sandbox for the little ones. It is desirable that you like gardening and that you will take care of the garden (mowing the lawn and keeping it tidy) and that you maintain order in and around the pool (if you wish to use it). The garden is easy to care for and the house is easy to keep clean with its large spaces. We also want you to take care of the house with care when you rent from us.
