An apartment in a villa with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a large living room with a balcony and lake view. Downstairs has a kitchen, dining area, hallway, and bathroom and a terrace. Parking for one car in the carport. Garage is not included in the rent. Boat space. We preferably seek slightly older tenants as there is a lack of play areas on the property for children. We have solar panels on the roof to reduce electricity costs. We ourselves live in the house below.
