Nice and cozy near a nature area and swimming hall. 3 minutes walk to the bus stop and then 10 minutes ride to Kalmar C/University. The bus that goes has a stop that stops outside the university (Linné). Quiet area and lots of greenery. Good soundproofing! Modern and fresh. Everything is included in the rent except for electricity! I'm renting it out because I'm also going to study at a folk high school for a year and then continue with further plans. So there is a possibility for extension.
