It is a studio apartment with a kitchenette and a large bathroom. The kitchenette is large and fully equipped like a kitchen, with good storage space. The rent includes electricity and furniture. The residence is near Gävle city center and within walking distance to Gävle central station, as well as close to bus line 1. I'm renting out the apartment because I have a temporary job in another town and don't want to terminate the lease in case I want to return to Gävle. The contract will be valid until around the end of the year, with a possible contract renewal after that.
