We are renting out our ground floor three-room apartment of 78 m² that is a 5-minute walk from the station, from September 1st (the exact move-in date is negotiable) for one year, with the possibility of extension. Excellent for someone who commutes, or for two people working in Stockholm and Uppsala! The apartment is fully furnished (but can be left partially furnished, if desired) and equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The rent is 14,000 (with one month's rent as a deposit, refundable after moving out) and covers water, heating, and broadband. Electricity is paid separately, and you must also take out your own home insurance, which we will want to see proof of. The contract is drawn up on an annual basis after approval from the housing association (BRF), and can be extended provided everything has gone well and the housing association approves it.
