Hi! I want to rent out my cozy apartment (condominium) to a calm and responsible person. The apartment has a living room, a small storage room, a dining area, and a kitchen. The bedroom will keep my furniture, so it is not included in the rental. I recently got a new job in southern Sweden, which is why I need to rent it out. The apartment is located between Skogås and Trångsund, with a bus stop only 100 meters away. There are direct buses to Haninge Centrum, Farsta Centrum, and Huddinge Hospital. The commuter train takes you to T-Centralen in about 18 minutes. The building has very quiet neighbors — mostly elderly people and families — so it’s important that the tenant is respectful, calm, and responsible. Smoking is not allowed. About the apartment: Internet 100/100 included Heating included Electricity not included, but the cost is low (I pay around 80 SEK/month with normal use) Laundry room is in the basement of the same building and can be reached by elevator. Important to read: Since this is a condominium, the housing association must approve the subletting. Their response may take some time, so please be patient.
