Free parking on the street. All amenities available in the cottage. Ground floor consists of hallway, bathroom, kitchen and living room in open plan. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with shower and combination machine. Living room with TV, sofa and armchairs. From the living room, there are double doors leading to a covered patio, garden and gravelled outdoor area. Sleeping loft with 160 cm bed and 80 cm bed. Rent is 8000 SEK a month and includes water, garbage collection, internet, and partial heating through geothermal heating. Electric consumption costs (household electricity and auxiliary heating of elements during winter) will be added. Max 2 persons allowed to stay in the cottage. Rental period from 1/9-31/12 2026, extension may be possible for the right tenant. As the cottage is newly built, we have requirements on tenants regarding cleanliness, orderliness, and we will prioritize tenants who are orderly, non-smokers, clean, and calm. Parties or gatherings are not allowed in the cottage.
