We are a family of two adults and two children, ages 6 and 8, temporarily living abroad due to work, and therefore we want to rent out our apartment. It is a wonderful 3-room apartment of 80 sqm, with a continuous floor plan and two spacious balconies (one to the east accessible from the master bedroom and one to the west accessible from the kitchen/living room). The apartment is on the third floor in a pleasant, fairly small association. We have lived here since 2020 and are very happy. Quiet and peaceful. There are always plenty of parking spaces on the street. Lovely and lush communal yard with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Rented furnished.
