Now I'm renting out my studio apartment of 37.7 sqm on Stabby Allé in Luthagen. I have really enjoyed living here during my years in Uppsala, and the apartment has been a perfect home during my study period. The apartment is located at the top of the building in a quiet area. It is bright and well-planned with a spacious living room, a separate kitchen with good storage, a fully renovated bathroom, and a private balcony. The location is excellent with proximity to both nature and the city center. Stabbyskogen, several parks, and nice walking paths are just nearby, while it is within walking and cycling distance to the university, nations, and central Uppsala. In the area, there are also grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants. Electricity, hot water, and broadband are included in the rent. The apartment is rented out unfurnished. The apartment is also up for sale while being rented out. This means that viewings can occur during the rental period, but they are always planned well in advance and in consultation with the tenant.
