For rent: a detached house in basic condition on the edge of Uimaharju. The house has plenty of storage space and basic amenities. I need an open rental relationship where communication can happen if problems arise. The tenant should take out a broad home insurance, have their own electricity contract, and be responsible for electricity distribution. The tenant is also responsible for water charges and waste transportation, naturally according to consumption. The credit information should be in order, and preferably also recommendations from the previous landlord. Experience in living in a detached house would not be a disadvantage. Is the yard maintenance feasible?
