The house has a beautiful view of the sea and Tromøysund, and walking distance to Arendal city center (20min), 2 min to local bus connections. For possible students at UIA, about 30 min by bus. Quiet street, 5 min walking distance to a grocery store and post office. Short distance to fitness center, lighted trail, and various shops. Cozy and charming backyard, also with sea view. The house is used as a summer house for the family in June, July, and August. Move-in and move-out dates can be negotiated. Multi-year rental contracts are possible, except for the summer months.
