A nice room in the middle of the house where you can lock yourself in when needed. TV + internet available in the room. You share kitchen/bathroom/laundry room/terrace with us who live in the house. Smoking, if any, takes place outdoors. Perfect for weekly commuters. We who live here are social and easy to deal with. Former family home. Two small dogs are in the home + another tenant. The house is located in the 'rural' part of Vännäs, about 1.5 km from Lilja school and 3 km from the travel center train/bus. With good connections to Umeå. Close to the river and outdoor activities, the promenade is right outside the door. Most things are available in Vännäs, which is quite a large community located 30 km outside Umeå. You who are interested should be clean, orderly, social, and open-minded to function as well as possible with us.
