Welcome to a unique apartment in Bandhagen! No viewing will be held for this apartment. The apartment is located in an old high school, which provides large windows, unique floor plan and high ceilings (about 3.40). Open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. There is also a large bedroom and bathroom. There is also a smaller room that we have used as a walk-in closet, but previous tenants have used it as a bedroom. White walls in all rooms except in the walk-in closet where it is light blue. The rent listed is the rent for 2026 and will therefore likely increase during the rental period, this is paid in advance every month. Water and heating are included in the rent (underfloor heating in the bathroom is however on the electricity). Internet needs to be arranged by the tenant (we have had a 5g router which we will take with us) and electricity and power grid are paid each month to me retroactively based on usage. Variable electricity price applies. We currently have a parking space that we rent for about 600 kronor a month which can be taken over. Otherwise we'll terminate it. If you have a car I recommend it though as it's a bit tricky with parking space in Bandhagen. Note! Construction is ongoing outside and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2027. This causes disturbances during weekdays, but you get updates and information from the landlord. My partner and I are moving to Malmö for 2 years for studies, hence we will rent out the apartment during this time. We are thinking of moving out in September or October, needs to be adjusted to when we get accommodation down south.
