Secluded location but only 3 km to town. Located on Tjuvholmen in Nyköping. Good place if you want peace and quiet. Fiber, as well as municipal water and sewage, i.e., problem-free. Dishwasher available. It costs 7000 SEK per month and 50 öre per kilowatt-hour. During summer, an additional cost of approximately 250 SEK per month is incurred, and a cold January month is around 1500 SEK. Otherwise, everything is included.
