There is also access to the attic, which serves as storage space. Quiet neighbourhood with peaceful neighbours, and a courtyard with indoor cycle parking. Within cycling distance of Malmö Central Station and Triangeln, and within walking distance of Värnhemstorget. The rent includes electricity, water, heating and internet connection. The flat is let furnished, but you are welcome to bring your own furniture, or store it here if space allows. I am letting the flat for one year as I am working in another town.
